Someone you have just met and are not ready to add to your contacts

You met someone at a party, while travelling, through work or through an app. You want to keep their details but do not yet know whether they will become part of your life.

The situation

Saving every number straight to your address book makes even short-lived contacts permanent. Later, it can be difficult to remember who some names belong to, especially when you met in a specific situation.

Deleting it immediately is not always practical. You may need to resume a conversation, find an address or simply take time to decide whether to meet again.

A place in between

It can help to have a place where the contact remains available without adding it to your main address book yet.

It is an in-between stage: not someone you want to lose touch with, but not yet a permanent presence among your usual contacts.

Where Unseenly fits in

You can create a Person with an alias and the details you need, adding a note to remember where you met or why you saved the number.

If the contact becomes permanent, you can always move it to your usual address book later.

A separate place, when you need it.

Unseenly lets you keep links, people, notes and events outside the usual places, without installing another app.
